So we have the whole Covid thing going on. Haircuts will be different - I get it. No big deal. I make an appointment for myself and my 7 year old son to get much needed haircuts at Sports Clips. I also have a 7 year old daughter that I can't leave home alone. Because literally every place in town is following different guidelines, I try calling the store to inquire about bringing my daughter but it goes into a prerecorded message with no way to talk to a human. There's no way there can be a regulation against bringing your daughter, right? Because, come on, no one could be that stupid, right? Wrong! I get to the store, three masks in hand, and they won't let her in. There is a completely empty waiting room with ONE lone chair but she can't go in because of "social distancing." We all have masks. We came as a group. No one else in the store. But somehow my daughter's presence will cause the wheels of...something...to just fall off. No establishment that arbitrarily stupid is getting my money.

I’ve been A customer off and on for a little bit now and I’ve gotten my hair cut by One of your younger girls recently she’s pretty tall I just can’t remember her name, She always is so polite and does such an amazing job and then I find out she’s leaving. Why are all of your good stylist constantly leaving? I use to be a regular with kandi and then she left and I watched that young man go as well seems to be a problem going on in this store. Really sad to see Such a good location constantly loosing good people.
